Availability, shipments and returns

Carbon fins/blades lead time

Carbon fiber fins/blades are produced upon ordering. We do not keep them in stock. Lead time (waiting) may vary from 5 to 25 working days, depending on our work load and your special requests. Please be sure to contact us in order to know the waiting time before you place your order. We are always doing our best in order to keep you waiting the least possible time.

Packaging - Shipping - Delivery

Packages of items available from stock are generally dispatched within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via your selected carrier. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Potential fees upon the arrival of the order (customs office, etc) in countries outside Europe are subject to be paid by the customer. Parcels can be marked as "sample" or "gift" upon request. Please contact us as soon as you complete your order for further details plus any additional delivery instructions. If the customer fails to clear customs and the parcel returns back to us, shipping costs have to be paid again in order to re-send the package.


Returned items must not be used. We only accept back new unused items without any sign of wear (scratches, etc). If you decide to return your item we must be notified first and accept the return. Shipping costs for returning an item are solely paid by the customer. Returns are not accepted for custom made products. As soon as we receive a returned item we will inspect it and then accept - or not - the return. Full refund of the item's value excluding original shipping cost and handling fees is paid to the customer as soon as we accept the returned item. Replacing an item with another is possible upon request and new shipping cost is calculated. Shipping again a returned item means new shipping and handling costs that are subject to be paid by the customer.
